  1. If a Judge can reinstate a suspended Board Member (particularly, the Chairman) for ‘no wrong-doing’, then Dionne Wong, SVP HR, must be able to overturn the “General Release and Agreement’ that all terminated employees executives, mid-level management, and employees were required to sign within 21 days following termination. The concocted document that I was fortunate to get my hands on, is a threat for Ms. Wong, Denise Morris, and her other HR cronies (particularly the Spandex Queen, Denise Morris) to use to threaten employees to remain silent for the termination of their agreement, or their severance pay will be impacted. While I sit in this Spectrum building, I will continue to watch a pitiful and pathetic group of crappy executives scramble to try and ‘fix’ a crumbled, un-fixable system. They go against every grain of governmental rules, regulations, and compliance laws. Karma bites, and those that need to be bitten start with Barrett, Grant, Fusco, Lewis, Wong, Panyi, and Peek. Fire them all!!! As big as we are, and as great as we were, Broward Health has become the armpit of a health system in South Florida. Sorry, but true.
